Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TrueMedBills. By accessing or using any part of this service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
TrueMedBills is a document preparation and information service. We provide AI-generated documents — including medical bill dispute letters, insurance appeal letters, negotiation scripts, and related correspondence templates — to assist you in communicating with healthcare providers, hospitals, and insurance companies.
TrueMedBills does not practice law, medicine, or financial advising. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice. The documents and analysis we provide are informational tools intended to help you understand your rights and prepare written communications — they are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney, physician, or financial advisor.
TrueMedBills has no affiliation with, authority over, or ability to influence the decisions of any hospital, healthcare provider, insurance company, credit bureau, government agency, or any other third party. We do not negotiate on your behalf, and we do not contact any third party in connection with your case.
The documents we generate are tools you may choose to submit to third parties at your own discretion. The decision of whether to accept, deny, reduce, or otherwise act on any dispute, appeal, or request rests solely with those third parties. TrueMedBills has no ability to compel or influence any such decision.
TrueMedBills makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — regarding the outcome of any dispute, appeal, negotiation, or other action taken using our documents or analysis. Specifically, we do not guarantee:
Outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including the policies of the specific provider or insurer, applicable state and federal law, the completeness and accuracy of information you provide, and the discretion of the reviewing party.
Our analysis is based on publicly available CMS Medicare Physician Fee Schedule data, HHS Federal Poverty Guidelines, CFPB rules, and other publicly available sources, processed through AI models. While we strive for accuracy, this data may not reflect your specific insurance contract, geographic region, plan type, or the most current fee schedules. All rates and estimates are approximations and should be independently verified before reliance.
By using TrueMedBills, you agree that:
You may choose to upload or enter health-related information to use our tools. We treat this information with the utmost care. Uploaded files are encrypted in transit and at rest, are associated only with your anonymous session, and are automatically deleted after 30 days. We do not sell, share, or use your health information for any purpose other than providing the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Certain features of TrueMedBills require a one-time payment. All paid packages are subject to the following:
Documents, letters, and scripts generated by TrueMedBills are licensed to you for personal use only. You may submit them to third parties in connection with your own healthcare billing disputes. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them on behalf of others on a commercial basis without written permission from TrueMedBills.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TrueMedBills and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to any outcome of a billing dispute, insurance appeal, or credit dispute. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to TrueMedBills in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
